In order to record the measurements of various works including development and maintenance of the Roads Department, the concerned Sub-Assistant Engineers were instructed to sign the books of measurement kept in this office by signing them in the prescribed register. Otherwise no measurement book will be issued in their favor. This order was issued in the interest of government work.
